The Manager, Customer Development – TikTok Shop leads the strategy and execution to scale Nestlé Health Science’s presence on TikTok Shop, driving incremental revenue, new consumer reach, and long-term brand equity. This role owns end-to-end channel performance, aligning cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver against forecast, demand planning, and the commercial calendar. Accountable for key P&L drivers, the role tracks performance, identifies gaps, and implements solutions to accelerate growth while building scalable processes that establish TikTok Shop as a critical growth engine for the organization. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference for candidates located within a commutable distance to the Bridgewater, NJ headquarters. This position supports Nestlé Nutrition & Health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of consulting or Consumer-Packaged Goods experience
  • eCommerce experience a plus!
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with forecasting and inventory management
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI on investments
  • Prior TikTok Shop and/or agency experience

  • Build and maintain TikTok Shop playbook
