Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your real-time communication skills in a fast-paced, operational environment that directly impacts the traveling public. You’ll work onsite at Newark Liberty International Airport alongside dedicated, responsive, and collaborative operations and maintenance teams, helping ensure accurate and timely information is shared during both normal and irregular AirTrain operations. You’ll play a critical role in keeping passengers, airport stakeholders, and emergency responders informed—especially during service disruptions—so they can make confident, well-informed decisions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with Central Control, Operations, Maintenance, and airport partners, supporting safe, reliable, and customer-focused service.
