Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 - 6:30 PM Location: On-site, Byron Center, MI Compensation: Starting at $20/hour BathWorks of Michigan is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Customer Communications Specialist to be the friendly, reliable voice for our customers. Requirements
- Outgoing, people-first personality with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
- Detail-oriented and organized — able to manage multiple customer projects at once
- A team player who enjoys collaborating to deliver a great customer experience
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers daily — answering questions, providing updates, and handling concerns with professionalism
- Keep projects on track by coordinating schedules and timelines
- Work closely with sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth communication
- Stay organized by maintaining accurate notes and project details
