- Answer to incoming requests via phone, email and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about electronic reservation book, website or app.
- Provide suitable answer or solution according to customer's specific needs.
Requirements
- Native level of German and fluent in English
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to provide suitable solutions according to specific customer needs
- Technological knowledge and troubleshooting experience in a customer support environment or experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Open-minded and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
