About The Position

Browns is looking for a highly motivated part-time Customer Care Representative who is not afraid of challenges, who will support our customers and be committed to the success of the department. Browns Shoes, a family-owned business established in Montreal in 1940, now with over 70 stores across Canada, is synonymous with top international designer collections, luxurious leather goods, and exclusive street savvy fashion for ladies, men, and children. The Customer Care Representative supports the Company’s efforts to ensure satisfaction for all customers. The ideal candidate must handle customer inquiries in a professional yet respectful manner to resolve customer issues. The representative must find appropriate solutions and always offer a flawless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a Call Centre role in a Call Centre environment.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to work minimum 16 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Very service-oriented, enjoys managing and resolving situations, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing abilities.
  • Organized, a strong team player, flexible, able to multi-task and is detail oriented.
  • Ability to manage time and tasks effectively and strategically.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail and or Sales experience is an asset.
  • CRM platform ‘Kustomer’ knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Working in our call center and handling all store and all customer inquiries, complaints, concerns, and comments.
  • Resolve unsatisfactory service issues in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Offering exceptional general support to our stores in order for them to provide an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement within our policies.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase customer loyalty.
  • Participating in special projects if needed.
  • Replacing our receptionist for 2 hours per day.
