About The Position

The Customer Care Representative serves as the key liaison between Comfort Systems USA and its customers, ensuring a seamless experience. This role focuses on building strong relationships, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering solutions that enhance satisfaction and retention. Additionally, the representative drives customer loyalty, identifies growth opportunities, and supports the company's overall success. Travel is required. (Traveling to Dothan, AL to Panama City, FL) Compensation Annual Salary $50,000/year + commission Mileage reimbursement, vehicle allowance and cell phone allowance Position Scope: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences. Implement strategies to retain customers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Gather customer feedback by completing customer care surveys and provide to Service Managers and Admin Attend cross-divisional renewal meetings on cross-divisional accounts as needed. Focus on renewing and up-selling maintenance contracts with customers Notify the appropriate sales representative for equipment additions, coverage upsells, and contract increases, or Project Sales for project-specific needs and pricing. Manage assigned customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. Meet with customers face-to-face as needed to review contracts, resolve concerns, and strengthen relationships — this role requires both in-office and on-site presence.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills, achievement oriented, self-motivated, and organized
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a full background, drug screen, and MVR.
