About The Position

Lifeway Mobility, a provider of accessibility solutions to individuals with limited mobility, is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator (CCC). The CCC is the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for answering and returning calls, ensuring Lifeway’s products meet customer needs, and scheduling initial evaluations with the sales team. The role involves qualifying leads, preparing customers and family members for evaluations, and maintaining comprehensive notes in the CRM. A typical day includes answering calls, returning voicemails and emails, qualifying customers, scheduling evaluations, and utilizing the ERP system for tracking interactions and detailed notes. CCCs work closely with the sales team and local branch to ensure efficient customer care and provide Sales Consultants with necessary information for successful evaluations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with CRM software

Responsibilities

  • Answering and returning phone calls from customers looking for solutions
  • Ensuring that Lifeway’s products will meet the needs of the customer
  • Scheduling the Lifeway Sales team for initial evaluations with our customers
  • Qualifying the lead
  • Preparing the prospective customer and any family members for the evaluation
  • Ensuring that all notes are in our CRM and are comprehensive
  • Utilizing our ERP system to track interactions and to provide detailed notes for our Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless handoff
  • Working closely with the sales team and local branch, ensuring that our customers are taken care of as efficiently and quickly as possible
  • Ensuring that our Sales Consultants are entering the customer's home armed with the information needed for a successful evaluation
