The role involves qualifying leads, preparing customers and family members for evaluations, and maintaining comprehensive notes in the CRM. A typical day includes answering calls, returning voicemails and emails, qualifying customers, scheduling evaluations, and utilizing the ERP system for tracking interactions and detailed notes. CCCs work closely with the sales team and local branch to ensure efficient customer care and provide Sales Consultants with necessary information for successful evaluations.
