CCCs are the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for answering and returning calls, ensuring Lifeway’s products meet customer needs, and scheduling initial evaluations with customers for the Lifeway Sales team. They qualify leads, prepare customers and family members for evaluations, and maintain comprehensive notes in the CRM. A typical day involves answering calls, voicemails, and emails, qualifying customers, scheduling evaluations, and using the ERP system to track interactions and provide detailed notes for Sales Consultants. CCCs work closely with the sales team and local branch to ensure efficient customer care and provide Sales Consultants with necessary information for successful evaluations.
