This role is for a Customer Advocacy and Engagement Manager who will build and scale programs to deepen customer engagement and generate authentic customer voice. The manager will create meaningful experiences through community, events, and recognition programs to drive participation and turn engaged customers into advocates. This includes owning scalable advocacy initiatives like review generation and testimonial programs to amplify customer voices in the market. It is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement to link engagement with adoption, retention, and growth.
