About The Position

Provide accurate and timely customer account support in a manufacturing and regulated environment. Responsible for order processing, shipping and inventory reporting, and customer communication to ensure accurate billing, shipments, and positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service or administrative experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards/Oracle.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, maintain, and update customer orders and data in the ERP system (JD Edwards/Oracle preferred).
  • Review daily production, receipt, and shipment documentation for accuracy.
  • Provide production, inventory, and shipment reporting to customers.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies between internal systems and customer systems.
  • Support end‑of‑month reporting and billing accuracy.
  • Process customer shipping orders and verify inventory availability.
  • Ensure DOT‑regulated Bills of Lading and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) accompany shipments.
  • Communicate shipping instructions to internal teams and carriers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and participate in routine customer calls.
  • Maintain organized documentation per company and customer requirements.
  • Serve as backup support for other Customer Account team members.
