About The Position

We are seeking a smart and personable individual to be trained as a Customer Account Specialist to support accurate and efficient management of customer accounts and orders. This role is responsible for reviewing customer requirements, managing orders in our ERP system (SAP Business One), and maintaining clear, proactive communication with business-to-business customers. This position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a high level of integrity. The ideal candidate is dependable and conscientious, takes ownership of their work, and contributes to a team-focused environment.   • Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with ERP systems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer contracts and orders thoroughly to ensure requirements can be met; resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Manage orders in SAP Business One, including entry, tracking, and communication of status to customers.
  • Prepare and send accurate quotations and order confirmations, ensuring alignment with pricing, availability, and lead times.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, maintaining documentation, account profiles, and proactive communication.
  • Identify and support workflow or process improvements related to contract and order management to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Deliver a 5-star customer experience in all interactions.
