Requirements

  • One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Three years of experience within the Printing Manufacturing industry.
  • Three years of experience with customer service.
  • One year of experience with leading project management.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with outsourcing jobs (bidding process).
  • Experience with large volume mailing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction on print, mail, and signage needs while supporting clear communication and strong customer relationships
  • Track project requirements from initial contact through final shipment and manage tasks such as artwork review, estimating, and production planning
  • Create and evaluate detailed print specifications and review supplier quotes for accuracy and cost effectiveness
  • Monitor usage, check compliance with contract terms, and help address supplier performance issues
  • Represent print and mail services at events and share best practice guidance with agency customers
