Requirements

  • High School/GED degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Prior solar/construction experience is strongly preferred
  • Must have Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office experience (including Excel and Word)
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all customer accounts in regard to getting projects ready for installation.
  • Assisting with AHJ, HOA, and Utility interconnection/rebates.
  • Acting as a point of contact for Sales and other Department questions and inquiries.
  • Submitting architectural improvement requests to AHJ, HOAs, and POAs for solar panel installations, including necessary communication and follow-ups.
  • Submitting interconnection requests to utilities for solar panel installations, including necessary communication and follow-ups.
  • Ensuring timely processing of AHJ, HOA, and interconnection applications.
  • Tracking and submitting payments/receipts to Accounting.
  • Working with Customer Care, Resolutions, Operations, and Sales teams to provide detailed project status updates.
  • Communicating with Sales and Operations teams regarding project details and inquiring on necessary information.
  • Collaborating with Senior Customer Account Coordinators and Supervisors.
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned by the Customer Account Management Manager or Customer Accounts Supervisors.
  • Working on-site in the office Monday through Friday.
  • Collaborating on-site as needed with the Regional Operations Manager to facilitate regional project communication and scheduling readiness.
  • Managing regional queues to support the regional operations team if based at a satellite office.
