Requirements

- Positive attitude and team mentality
- High School Diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, account coordination, or inside sales experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Associate degree or related experience preferred
- Previous customer service, account coordination, inside sales or quoting experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and schedules
- Communicate shipping updates and delivery timelines
- Expedite orders and help solve customer challenges
- Coordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping teams
- Maintain pricing, tooling logs, and customer data
- Support future quoting and sales activities
- Build strong customer relationships and provide top-notch service
