Nice To Haves
- Production, assembly, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical aptitude or hand-tool experience is a plus move up
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up production equipment
- Perform manual window screen fabrication and cloth installation
- Complete quality checks and maintain attention to detail
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve overall workflow efficiency
- Promote a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proactively reporting potential hazards
- Demonstrates dependable attendance and punctuality
