Custom Carpenter – Build One-of-a-Kind Millwork with Schlaegle Design Build. Requirements

Proven experience in custom cabinetmaking or fine woodworking (3+ years preferred)
Ability to read and execute complex shop drawings
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment
A sharp eye for detail and finishing excellence
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
A team-first attitude with the independence to drive projects forward
Architectural Woodwork: 3 years (Required)
Must have valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Build custom cabinetry and casework from detailed shop drawings and specifications
Work with premium materials, combining traditional craftsmanship with CNC precision
Assemble, fit, and finish pieces to the highest standards of quality
Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver projects on time and on spec
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Benefits

Union Wages & Benefits – $31.00/hr plus pension, healthcare, annuity, and savings contributions (total package >$46.25/hr)
