About The Position

Blood Assurance is seeking a dedicated Custom Millwork Fabricator, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will help shape high-quality millwork in our Mobile Shop. In this role, you will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, casework, fixtures, and related wood products. This position requires the ability to interpret shop drawings, operate woodworking machinery, maintain quality standards, and produce finished products that meet customer specifications and project deadlines.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
Ability to read shop drawings and specifications.
Strong woodworking, fabrication, communication, and math skills.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 2 years of custom millwork, cabinetmaking, or woodworking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Fabricate custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, casework, and fixtures according to specifications
Operate woodworking equipment including saws, routers, edge banders, sanders, and drills
Perform assembly, sanding, finishing, and quality inspections.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and installation teams.
Routine exposure to a manufacturing environment including machinery, wood dust, noise, adhesives, and finishes.
Lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
Operate machinery and power tools safely and effectively.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
