You’ll be hunting for new business, owning your pipeline, selling customized solutions, and working directly with business owners, operators, and executives to turn single transactions into long-term fleet partnerships. Requirements

Proven ability to close (B2B, automotive, or high-ticket sales)
Confidence and presence with business owners and executives
Strong work ethic—you don’t need babysitting
Thick skin—you handle rejection and keep pushing
Competitive mindset—you want to be the top performer
Ability to learn technical products and translate them into value

Responsibilities

Prospect and close new business with companies that rely on fleet vehicles (contractors, service companies, logistics, and more)
Generate your own leads and manage deals from first contact to delivery
Design and sell fully customized fleet vehicles—built to solve real business problems
Work directly with business owners, operators, and executives
Turn single transactions into long-term fleet partnerships
Follow up, stay visible, and outwork the competition
