This role focuses on building customer relationships and creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The position involves assisting customers in shopping the store, providing a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. The associate will embrace and execute personal designer by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with all customers while creating Custom Framing solutions, and deliver sales and production results. Completing framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time is essential. The role also includes maintaining the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, delivering friendly customer service, and supporting shrink and safety programs. The associate will interact positively with others, promote company values, and participate in truck un-load and stocking processes. Operating the cash register, executing cash handling, acknowledging customers, assisting with Omni channel processes, and performing other duties as assigned are also part of the role.
