This role focuses on building customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The position involves assisting customers with shopping, ensuring a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment, and adhering to standard operating procedures. The associate will embrace personal design by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships and create custom framing solutions, while also meeting sales and production goals. They will complete framing orders with high quality and on time, maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, and provide friendly customer service. The role also includes participating in truck unloads and stocking, operating the cash register, assisting with Omni channel processes, and performing other assigned duties.
