About The Position

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs. The role requires working independently toward subject-matter expertise, actively contributing to team discussions, and providing solutions to work-related problems. This is an Accenture Flex role: project-based work in the employee’s local metro area, onsite at the project, with reduced or eliminated travel. The position is 100% onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas. Applicants must be willing to work shifts that include nights and weekends.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
Willingness to work shifts including nights and weekends.
High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or associate degree.
Expert proficiency in Spring Boot.
Advanced proficiency in Apache Kafka, microservices, and lightweight architecture.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB.
