About The Position
Accenture Flex is hiring a Custom Software Engineer to develop custom software solutions, designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. The role uses modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs. The employee is expected to work independently, develop subject-matter expertise, contribute actively to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems. This is a fixed-duration, project-based Accenture Flex role performed 100% onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas. The employee must be willing to work shifts that include nights and weekends.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Willingness to work shifts including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree or associate's degree.
- Expert proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Advanced proficiency in Apache Kafka.
- Experience with microservices and lightweight architecture.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB.
