About The Position

The Custodian cleans and maintains public areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms. The role includes maintaining assigned areas, removing trash and debris, cleaning up property including bio-chemical material, stocking linen supplies, loading and unloading linen carts, and providing preventative care for equipment and supplies. Other duties may be assigned by management. The shift is 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods for the majority of the shift.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and pick up and remove trash and debris.
• Clean up property, including bio-chemical material.
• Stock linen supplies in linen closets and load and unload linen carts.
• Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
