About The Position

Prestige Maintenance USA is hiring a Porter/Custodian to help keep facilities clean, organized, and safe. The role includes general cleaning of restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas, along with floor care and restocking restroom supplies. The position uses equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers and requires following customer schedules, safety guidelines, company policies, and direction from the Lead Custodian or management. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

Keep facilities clean and safe.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform other general cleaning duties.
Collect trash and recycling, empty wastebaskets, and replace liners as needed.
Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals.
Spot-clean soiled areas when needed.
Perform general cleaning in restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas.
Perform stripping, waxing, and wet floor care.
Use equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
Restock supplies and refill restroom dispensers as needed.
Perform assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations.
Complete tasks as directed by the Lead Custodian or management.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies regarding safety, customer service, and proper attire.
