About The Position

Prestige Maintenance USA is hiring a Porter/Custodian to help keep facilities clean, organized, and safe. The role includes general cleaning across restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas, along with floor care and restroom supply restocking. The custodian performs assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations, following direction from the Lead Custodian or management and complying with company safety, customer-service, and attire policies. The position offers full-time or part-time work; relocation is not provided and travel is not required.

Responsibilities

Keep facilities clean, fresh, and safe.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors.
Remove trash and recycling; empty wastebaskets and replace liners as needed.
Restock supplies and refill restroom dispensers as needed.
Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals.
Sweep and damp-mop floors with disinfectant and spot-clean soiled areas as needed.
Perform general cleaning in restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas.
Perform stripping, waxing, and wet floor care.
Use scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
Complete assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations.
Perform tasks as directed by the Lead Custodian or management.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies and procedures regarding safety, customer service, and proper attire.
