About The Position

Prestige Maintenance USA is hiring a Custodian to perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks in customer facilities. The role includes cleaning restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas; maintaining floors; handling trash and recycling; and restocking supplies and restroom dispensers. The Custodian uses cleaning equipment and follows company schedules, customer expectations, safety guidelines, and company policies. The position reports to Luis Diaz. The posting describes a first-shift schedule, Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., with weekend work. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Relocation is not provided, and travel is not required.

Responsibilities

Keep facilities clean, fresh, and safe.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
Take out trash and recycling; empty wastebaskets and replace liners as needed.
Restock supplies and refill restroom dispensers.
Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals.
Sweep and damp-mop floors with disinfectant and spot-clean soiled areas as needed.
Perform general cleaning in restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas.
Perform stripping, waxing, and wet-floor care.
Use equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
Perform assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations.
Complete general tasks as directed by the Lead Custodian or management.
Follow proper safety guidelines and company policies and procedures regarding safety, customer service, and attire.
