About The Position

The Custodian helps create positive guest experiences at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Arizona by maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the attraction. The role includes cleaning floors and restrooms, replenishing supplies, and promptly handling spills. The Custodian operates custodial tools and equipment, supports opening and closing routines, assists the technical team when needed, and identifies and reports maintenance needs. Shifts start early, before the attraction opens to guests.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team.
• Friendly, dynamic personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivation skills.

Nice To Haves

• 6–12 months of cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the attraction.
• Clean floors, stock restrooms, and respond to spills.
• Operate custodial tools and equipment safely and confidently.
• Assist with opening and closing routines.
• Support the technical team when needed.
• Identify and report maintenance needs.
