About The Position

The Costume Character at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Arizona creates joyful, memorable experiences for guests through character performances and guest interactions. The role involves rehearsing and collaborating with creative teams, learning scripts and choreography, authentically portraying characters, and performing in shows, meet-and-greets, storytimes, and events both in and outside the park. Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, polished, guest-first attitude.
• Rehearse and collaborate with choreographers, directors, cast, crew, and vendors.
• Memorize scripts, choreography, blocking, and character details.
• Research and authentically portray the personality and story of each character.
• Perform in stage shows, meet-and-greets, storytimes, and events, onstage and in or outside the park.
• Use athletic, vocal, stunt, or specialty talents across multiple roles.
• Host and escort guests, share park information, facilitate interactions, and entertain on the microphone.
• Take feedback, maintain stamina, follow safety rules, and support backstage and costuming needs.
