Custodian- AM Shift
About The Position
This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing interior and exterior common areas, including offices, pool decks, parking lots, breakrooms, storage locations, and restrooms. The role also includes cleaning the sales center and other sales areas. The custodian removes trash and pool towels, organizes and cleans pool chairs, and restocks restroom supplies according to resort standards and expectations. Additional duties include reporting lost and found items, helping direct guests to amenities, assisting with projects that maintain the resort’s cleanliness and quality, stocking linen closets, and delivering villa inventory.
Requirements
- Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines when completing assigned tasks.
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience, and meet company motor vehicle report guidelines.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience with Team Cleaning concepts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms and breakrooms.
- Clean common areas and office areas, including trash and recycling removal and removal of pool towels from pool areas.
- Clean the interiors and exteriors of offices and common areas.
- Pressure wash buildings and common areas, and conduct basic facility inspections for deficiencies and debris.
- Stock linen closets.
- Deliver villa inventory.
- Clean the sales center and other sales areas.
- Organize and clean pool chairs and restock restroom supplies.
- Report lost and found items and assist guests with directions to amenities.
- Assist with projects to maintain the resort's cleanliness and quality expectations.
