About The Position

The Custodian performs duties to keep the building and grounds of an assigned property neat and clean according to quality standards. This is a casual part-time, onsite position at The American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin. The schedule includes weekdays and weekends, with 4–6-hour shifts between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Candidates receive thorough training and must successfully fulfill training criteria before working independently. The hourly pay range is $14.50–$21.70; the specific rate may depend on factors including education and work location. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
Clean and maintain furnishings, fixtures, accessories, and windows in the facility.
Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
Clean office areas as assigned.
Keep inside and outside entrances free of debris.
Perform outdoor duties involving windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, and rest stations in a variety of weather conditions.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.
Report building defects to the Custodial Services Coordinator.
