About The Position

The Custodian keeps the building and grounds of the assigned property neat and clean according to quality standards. This is an onsite casual part-time position at The American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin. Shifts are 4–6 hours, between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., and work may be scheduled on weekdays and weekends. Candidates receive training and must successfully fulfill training criteria before working independently.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Prior custodial experience is helpful but not necessary.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
• Clean and maintain furnishings, fixtures, accessories, and windows in the facility.
• Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
• Clean office areas as assigned.
• Keep inside and outside entrances free of debris.
• Perform outdoor duties, including work on windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, and rest stations, in a variety of weather conditions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.
• Report building defects to the Custodial Services Coordinator.
