About The Position
The Custodian - Retail role supports the retail team in providing a positive experience for donors and customers. Team members greet and assist customers, help keep the sales floor clean and attractive, operate the register when needed, and share information about charity partners and the organization’s mission. Retail teams work together on displays, help customers find merchandise, and explain the organization’s charitable contributions. The role requires lifting up to 15 lbs. Applicants may join the team starting at age 16. Flexible part-time hours are mentioned as an option.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Customer care and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team with a diverse group of co-workers.
