About The Position
The Retail Team Member helps create an excellent experience for donors and customers by greeting and assisting customers, operating the register when needed, and keeping the sales floor clean and attractive. Team members work together to build displays, help customers find items, and explain the company’s charity contributions and mission. The role supports the company’s efforts to serve customers and communities, reduce waste, and support local charities.
Requirements
- Demonstrate care for customers and a positive attitude.
- Be a team player and work with a diverse group of co-workers.
- Be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Applicants may join the team starting at age 16.
