About The Position

The Custodian at Woodland Terrace provides exemplary service by keeping buildings clean and orderly and ensuring residents and guests have a safe, healthy environment. The role performs community cleaning duties, including floor and carpet cleaning and extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. The part-time schedule is 3–7 p.m. three to four days a week, plus 8 a.m.–4 p.m. on Saturdays. The pay range is $17.00–$19.00 per hour. All employment offers are subject to a pre-employment process that includes a drug screen, a job-specific physical, a TB test, and a background check; the company covers the cost of these requirements if selected for employment.

Requirements

Six months to one year of custodial experience.
Bring a smile to work every day.

Nice To Haves

High school graduate preferred.
Experience working in a senior environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean assigned community spaces, including rooms and lobbies.
Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies.
Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
Report maintenance repairs to a supervisor.
Perform cleaning duties such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning and extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.
