About The Position

White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community (CCRC) in beautiful La Jolla, CA, is seeking a custodian to join our team. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans common areas including public restrooms, elevators, offices, public rooms, beauty salon, resident and employee lounges; clean furniture and wheelchairs.
• Empty trash and may deposit recyclable material in proper receptacles, picks up trash and keeps exterior perimeter clean.
• Performs event set-ups and tear-downs.
