About The Position

Prestige Maintenance USA is hiring a Porter/Custodian to help keep facilities clean, organized, and safe. The role includes routine cleaning and restroom care, floor maintenance, waste removal, and supply restocking. The custodian performs assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations, follows directions from the Lead Custodian or Management, and adheres to safety, customer service, and attire policies. The position is available as full-time or part-time, on the first shift, with the stated schedule running Monday through Saturday from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities

Keep facilities clean and safe.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
Remove trash and recycling; empty wastebaskets and replace liners as needed.
Restock supplies and refill restroom dispensers.
Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals.
Sweep and damp-mop floors with disinfectant and spot-clean soiled areas as needed.
Perform general cleaning in restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas.
Perform stripping, waxing, and wet floor care.
Use equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
Complete assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations.
Perform other required tasks as directed by the Lead Custodian or Management.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies regarding safety, customer service, and proper attire.
