About The Position
The Custodian helps maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces throughout SEA LIFE Arizona, supporting a positive guest experience and the attraction’s cleanliness, safety, and guest-service standards. The role includes cleaning guest and team areas, restrooms, floors, fixtures, and other surfaces; replenishing restroom supplies; handling waste and recycling; and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. Custodians also support attraction opening and closing procedures and assist other departments as needed. This is a part-time position of approximately 15–20 hours per week. Shifts start early before the attraction opens to guests. The schedule may include mornings, days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The role involves staying active and on your feet throughout the shift. Pay is $15.15 per hour.

Nice To Haves
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience; 6–12 months of cleaning experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Keep guest and team areas clean, safe, and ready for the attraction’s visitors.
- Empty, clean, and reline trash and recycling receptacles.
- Sweep and mop floors throughout the attraction.
- Safely clean spills and help maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Clean doors, windows, walls, baseboards, drinking fountains, and fixtures.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including floors, walls, mirrors, and sinks.
- Restock restroom supplies.
- Report maintenance needs and repair issues.
- Identify and correct or report safety and fire hazards.
- Safely operate custodial equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies.
- Support attraction opening and closing procedures.
- Assist other departments when needed to support the guest experience.
- Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.
