About The Position

Waterford Public Schools has an immediate vacancy for a team-oriented Second Shift Custodian at Clark Lane Middle School. Under the direct supervision of the Principal, Director of Buildings and Grounds, and Business Manager, the custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance in school buildings and grounds, maintains equipment in functional condition, and provides cleaning and custodial assistance to students, teachers, visitors, and others as necessary. The role also performs related duties and general maintenance work as required.

Waterford Public Schools serves approximately 2,400 students in grades PK–12. The district has three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school, and the community strongly supports the public schools and has high expectations for staff and students. The position's wage is in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
