About The Position

The Custodian Lead supervises and assists custodians, ensures established cleanliness standards are followed, and helps maintain clean public and assigned areas. The role includes property cleanup, stocking linen supplies, and ensuring preventative care of equipment and supplies. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 or 21, depending on the property.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of cleaning experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, generally for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certifications and/or licenses required by local gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist custodians with daily operations.
• Ensure established standards of cleanliness are followed.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and pick up and remove trash and debris.
• Clean up property areas, including bio-chemical and bio-hazard materials.
• Stock linen supplies.
• Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
