About The Position

The Custodian Lead supervises and assists custodians, ensuring established cleanliness standards are followed. The role cleans and maintains public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms, and supports daily custodial operations. The position also includes maintaining assigned areas, handling property cleanup involving bio-chemical or bio-hazard materials, stocking linen supplies, and ensuring the preventative care of equipment and supplies. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 or 21, depending on the property.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of cleaning experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, generally for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certifications and/or licenses required by local gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist custodians with daily operations.
• Ensure established standards of cleanliness are followed.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and pick up and remove trash and debris.
• Clean up property areas, including bio-chemical or bio-hazard materials.
• Stock linen supplies.
• Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
