About The Position

Creative Management Technology, Inc. is seeking Full-Time Custodian candidates to join their team at the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. This position operates on the 2nd Shift, from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime. The pay rate is $19.92 per hour, paid bi-weekly. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the assigned areas.

Requirements

Must be able to comply with and pass a federal background check as required by the contract.
Submit and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Have a valid driver's license.
Personal vehicle with current insurance coverage.
Must be able to physically move through the worksite.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Must be able to stand for long periods as well as stoop, squat, lift, carry, and push.
Must wear protective equipment, such as latex gloves and safety glasses, according to OSHA regulations.
Ability to work independently.
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

Collect all garbage and recyclables from the assigned locations and place them in the correct disposal dumpster.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and fixtures daily with a germicidal solution.
Wet mop all washable floors, including restrooms, stairwells, elevators, office areas, and storage areas.
Vacuum all carpeted areas and dust-mop corridors.
Dust, clean, and sanitize other surfaces.
Refill paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in all dispensers.
Participate in emergency drills and environmental safety activities, as requested.
Attend and participate in worksite safety and in-service training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all safety requirements and procedures at all times.
