About The Position

Seasonal Custodian (Part-Time) – Calling All College Students! Looking for a flexible part-time job that keeps you active and engaged? Join the YMCA team as a Seasonal Custodian! If you enjoy working in a people-centered environment where member connection matters just as much as keeping things clean and welcoming, this role is for you. You’ll help maintain a safe, tidy, and inviting space for our members and staff while gaining valuable experience in a supportive team setting. This position is perfect for college students looking to build work experience, stay active, and be part of a mission-driven organization. You may also assist the maintenance department with light tasks and facility support as needed. Bring your positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset—we’ll take care of the rest!
