About The Position

Parkshore is a lakefront retirement community located in Seattle's picturesque Madison Park neighborhood. We have an amazing opportunity for a Parkshore - Custodian to join our team! This role pays between $22.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE. We offer fantastic benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with 4% match, generous PTO, and so much more! Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Basic understanding of English language to take direction and ask questions as needed.
Ability to work a flexible schedule is highly preferred
Friendly customer service skills.
Completion of a background check.
Manual dexterity and the ability to work with required equipment and to perform physically active work for the entire shift.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

First aid certification may be required in some communities/affiliates per state/local guidelines.
May also require drug screening, physical, TB test, and fingerprint per state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities

Clean the common areas and other assigned areas.
Works carefully, making sure to follow SDS, safety, and related regulations.
Prepare and organizes materials and equipment, and prepares work site before beginning task.
Keep common areas clean and orderly
Report and responds to resident requests, and responds to any emergencies.
Note any issues (grounds, building, other) and addresses with the relevant department if needed.
Other duties as assigned.
