About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary facilities, including offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, and parking lots, according to company safety procedures, guidelines, and federal, state, and local laws. The role involves performing minor maintenance and repair activities, collecting recyclables, and reporting facility issues. The Custodian II will also be responsible for cleaning electronic devices and identifying additional cleaning needs. The role emphasizes respecting individuals by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, and creating an inclusive workplace. It also involves acting with integrity by upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance, and serving customers by delivering results and making data-driven decisions. Requirements

  • Custodial services or related field
  • Driving large trucks
  • Speaking in both English and Spanish languages
  • Valid driver's license or eligibility to obtain a driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Assists in facility support by setting up rooms for special events, performing minor maintenance and repair activities, collecting and transporting recyclables, disassembling and cleaning drug dispensers, and reporting facility issues.
  • Ensures clean and sanitary facilities according to company safety procedures and guidelines and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
