About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting in facility support by setting up rooms for special events, performing minor maintenance and repair activities, collecting and transporting recyclables, disassembling and cleaning drug dispensers, and reporting facility issues to management. The role ensures clean and sanitary facilities according to company safety procedures, guidelines, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Key duties include wearing personal protective equipment, emptying waste receptacles and recycle bins, dusting, sweeping, wet mopping, stripping and waxing floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and showers, vacuuming and spot-cleaning carpets, cleaning electronic devices, and identifying and reacting to additional cleaning needs. The role also involves complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, completing work assignments and priorities, and acting with integrity by maintaining the highest standards and modeling company values. Associates are expected to serve customers and members by delivering results, putting the customer first, and making data-driven decisions. Responsibilities

  • Assists in facility support by setting up rooms for special events
  • Performs minor maintenance and repair activities

  • Ensures clean and sanitary facilities (e.g., offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots) according to company safety procedures and guidelines and federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Wears personal protective equipment
  • Empties waste receptacles and recycle bins
  • Dusts, sweeps, and wet mops
  • Strips and waxes floors
  • Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms and showers
