About The Position

GRBS is seeking a Custodian Day Supervisor to join their family. This role requires leadership experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude. The supervisor will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring customer service standards are met, and executing cleaning processes. This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Candidates must be 18 years or older, possess valid ID, and have reliable transportation and auto insurance. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
