About The Position

GRBS is seeking individuals 18 years of age or older with a positive attitude, who are team players, customer service focused, dependable, self-motivated, hard-working, and reliable. Leadership experience is required. This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Candidates must have valid proof of auto insurance. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
