About The Position

GRBS is seeking individuals 18 years of age or older with a positive attitude, customer service focus, and reliable transportation to join their family as a Custodian. This role involves executing the clean building process, utilizing GRBS tools, and completing 360 communication. The position requires leadership experience and the ability to lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable with integrity and humility. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time, and candidates must have valid proof of auto insurance.
