About The Position
GRBS is seeking dedicated individuals to join their family as Custodians, specifically for full-time, first-shift opportunities within Okemos Public Schools. The role requires individuals who are 18 years or older, possess a positive attitude, are team players, customer service-focused, dependable, self-motivated, hard-working, and have reliable transportation. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. GRBS emphasizes serving customers and communities while providing honorable and safe employment, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Serve customers by completing tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and removing trash.
- Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Come to work consistently.
- Follow GRBS processes.
- Have mindful communication with respect to all.
- Finish the job according to the building map and shift.
