This position is responsible for supervising and delegating work to the Maintenance group, ensuring the facility complies with safety regulations, and maintaining clean work areas. The role involves managing the maintenance budget, setting department working hours, and tracking electronic records for all maintenance and repairs. The Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring ISO compliance, performing emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of production machines and plant equipment. This includes diagnosing problems, repairing parts, and testing equipment. The role requires troubleshooting and repairing Allen Bradley products, programming PLCs and touch screens, and managing electrical components and wiring. Additionally, the position involves performing preventive maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, machinist duties, and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs. The supervisor must be available for emergency call-backs and willing to learn new skills.
